LT Auto Change - Over Panels

  • System Voltage: 415V AC ±10%, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz

  • Control Voltage: 230V AC (conventional) / 24V DC (PLC & automation systems)

  • Insulation Voltage: Up to 1000V AC (IEC 61439 compliant)

  • Applications: Industrial plants, hospitals, commercial buildings, data centres, educational institutions, and renewable installations.

    • Automatic Power Transfer - Instantly detects main power failure and switches to generator power.

    • Auto Reversion - Automatically switches back to grid power when normal supply is restored.

    • Manual Override - Option to manually operate the panel during maintenance or emergencies.

    • Load Management - Optional feature to prioritize critical loads.

    • Interlocking System - Prevents simultaneous connection of grid and generator to avoid backfeeding.

    • Commercial complexes

    • Hospitals

    • Banks and ATMs

    • Data centers

    • Industrial plants

    • Telecom towers

    • Ensures uninterrupted power supply

    • Reduces manual intervention

    • Enhances equipment protection

    • Increases operational reliability

    • Normal Operation - Load is powered by the main utility supply.

    • Power Failure - Panel senses loss of mains voltage.

    • Generator Start Signal - Panel sends a signal to start the DG set.

    • Power Transfer - After confirming stable generator voltage, load is transferred.

    • Mains Restored - Panel senses grid power has returned.

    • Load Reverts to Grid - Load is safely transferred back to the main supply.

    • Generator Cooldown & Stop - Generator stops after a delay or cooldown period.
